Farmers

To incentivize farmers to stop crop-stubble burning, we pay for additional expenses of biochar prod​uction including stubble harvesting, kiln building, and carbon offset verification activities.

OPerations

We hire locally in India with a focus on women to fill various roles including carbon offset verification, operational oversight, and farmer outreach. 

Training

We fund training to teach farmers how to produce biochar using agricultural waste which would otherwise be burned.
